Membership Application

According to art. 4 of the statutes the Senate's Board decides about the application for membership, usually at the next board meeting. This requires a short CV, which must be sent to saphw@saphw.ch. The invoice of the membership fee is sent by e-mail after the annual General Assembly, taking place in April. After payment, supporting members receive by mail the membership id card valid 1 year.

Membership categories and fees 2017:

  • Collective Members (statutes art. 5): professional societies and associations, academic institutions etc. Fee is individually fixed.
  • Supporting Members (statutes art. 6): Natural or juristic persons; pharmacists, students of pharmacy (from BSc on), graduated scientists of other disciplines working in the field of pharmaceutically relevant sciences; body coporates active in pharmaceutical research. Fee CHF 50.00, 25.00 for students.
  • Corresponding Members (statutes art. 7): persons, who have rendered special services to pharmaceutical sciences. No fee.
  • Fellows and Honorary Members (statutes art. 8): no fee.
